Teevira Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original content—including branding, logos, layouts, copy, graphics, product presentation, code, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Teevira. You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, fonts, artwork, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Teevira does not transfer ownership to you or imply that you may reuse them outside the purpose for which they are displayed.

You retain ownership of original designs and other content you submit. By uploading content or requesting a custom product, you grant Teevira and the service providers involved in completing your request a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to store, reproduce, resize, adapt for production, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to review, quote, manufacture, deliver, support, or legally administer your order. This license ends when those purposes and applicable retention obligations end. It does not give Teevira permission to sell your design as a separate product or use it in advertising without additional permission.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have all licenses, permissions, and releases needed for the requested use; that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, design, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and that its use complies with applicable law. This includes permission for names, photographs, signatures, likenesses, logos, characters, quotations, and brand elements. You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit where permitted by law.

Teevira may investigate reports, request supporting documents, suspend production, remove content, cancel affected orders, or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe content is unauthorized or unlawful. Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We may preserve relevant records and disclose information when required by law. These actions do not mean Teevira has made a final legal determination about ownership or infringement.

Send a good-faith notice to contact@teevira.com with the subject Intellectual Property Notice. Include:

• Your full legal name, contact information, and authority to act
• Identification of the protected work, trademark, or other right
• The exact URL, product, image, order reference, or other location of the reported material
• A clear explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the owner or authorized agent
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may request identity, ownership, registration, authorization, or other supporting documents. A copy of the notice, including contact details, may be provided to the person who submitted the reported content.

If your content was removed because of a copyright report and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice identifying the removed content and its previous location. Include your legal name and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction and service requirements that apply under the DMCA where relevant, and your physical or electronic signature. We may share the counter-notice with the reporting party and restore content when legally permitted if no timely court action is reported.

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Teevira may reject incomplete reports, request clarification, or restrict parties that misuse the reporting process.
