Teevira Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to the Teevira website, accounts, products, custom-order services, and related features. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the services or place an order.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Teevira only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You may not use the services where prohibited by law.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access or impersonate another person. Notify Teevira promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or transaction verification and may suspend an account to protect customers, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Most Teevira products are made after an order is placed. Product images are illustrative, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Minor variations in color, print placement, dimensions, or finish that normally occur during production are not defects. Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be corrected or updated when necessary.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt; an order is accepted when payment is approved and the order enters production. Teevira may reject, hold, or cancel an order before shipment because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or catalog errors, unavailable items, delivery restrictions, prohibited content, legal requirements, or other reasonable operational issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Prices and available currency are displayed at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. Your final total includes the product price and displayed shipping and tax charges. International orders may incur duties, import taxes, or carrier fees unless checkout expressly says they are included. Payments are processed through Stripe and its supported payment methods. You also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

A custom-order request is not a confirmed purchase. Product availability, pricing, production requirements, and timing remain subject to Teevira review and any quote or checkout presented afterward. You retain ownership of original content you submit, but grant the limited permission needed to review, quote, produce, deliver, support, and legally administer your request. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every design, logo, image, name, likeness, trademark, and other element submitted. You may not:

• Use Teevira for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity
• Upload malicious code or content that violates another person's rights
• Interfere with security, availability, accounts, checkout, or connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website except where law expressly permits it
• Use bots or automated methods to create accounts, manipulate prices, overload services, or bypass access controls
• Submit false claims, payment disputes, reviews, or identity information

Teevira may remove content, cancel affected orders, or restrict access for violations.

Fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping rates, tracking, split shipments, customs, incorrect addresses, lost packages, and returned shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk and ownership transfer as required by applicable law; nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections for goods in transit.

Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins. Returns, replacements, damaged or incorrect items, lost-package claims, and refund timing are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. That policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Teevira and its licensors retain all rights in the website, branding, original content, software, layouts, photographs, graphics, and other store materials. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Our infringement reporting and customer-content rules are explained in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

If you submit feedback or a review, you confirm it is truthful and based on genuine experience. You grant Teevira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that feedback in connection with the store, unless prohibited by law. Do not include confidential information or third-party content without permission. Transactional emails and messages are part of providing your account and orders and are not marketing communications.

Teevira relies on independent services for payments, identity, production, hosting, email, shipping, and delivery. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply when you use their services. External links are provided for convenience, and Teevira does not control third-party websites. We remain responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Teevira collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information, including information shared with payment and fulfillment services.

We work to keep Teevira accurate, secure, and available, but the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and digital features are provided on an “as available” basis, and implied warranties are excluded only where they may lawfully be excluded. Product warranties, statutory guarantees, and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teevira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For claims relating to a purchased product, Teevira's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a different remedy is required by law. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of Teevira, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights. This section does not require a consumer to compensate Teevira for losses caused by Teevira or for liabilities that cannot legally be transferred.

You may stop using Teevira at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, fraud prevention, repeated infringement, or a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Terms that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective.

Contact Teevira first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Teevira is legally established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. This section does not prevent either party from seeking available small-claims, urgent injunctive, regulatory, or consumer-protection remedies.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, law, security, or services. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise; orders already accepted remain subject to the terms that applied when the order was placed, except for legally required changes.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be limited only as necessary. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, but Teevira may transfer them as part of a legitimate business reorganization or sale while preserving applicable customer rights. These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement between you and Teevira regarding the services.
